    Well ... I do a reasonable amount of marriage counseling and advising already in my day job; don't really want to introduce it into barbell training. :/

    Deadlift: 155x5

    Melly:

    Squat: 160x3, 130x5x2
    Press: 65x5
    Deadlift: 185x3


    Only one set of press; they got to the gym late. Bummer since Melly needs some press work.

    Squat: 170x2x2 (Supposed to be a triple but some soibois walked in front of the camera so she quit mid-set, rebuked them, and did 2 more reps), 135x5

    Melly is hitting a wall on squat right now; not sure why. Recovery factors seem to be well in place. Going to back up and make some volume PRs (135 across is new for her).

    Deadlift: 165x5x2


    Melly insisted on trying 175 again. A whole bunch of times. So ... she did work, it was hard, but none of it counted. None of the reps were to depth at 175.
