Phase 1 session 4
I think this workout will be the last of adding 5kg to any of the lifts. I probably could keep adding weight on the deadlift, but I would would rather slow down now rather than hit a stall so early on in phase 1. I am hoping to make it at least 2 weeks on the first phase. The overhead press simultaneously feels like the least exhausting lift but also the hardest. Last week 35kg was hard. I hit all my reps on 37.5kg but it was tough. Squats had a few wonky reps, nothing major but the bar is slowing down and things are definitely getting harder, another 5kg jump would probably lead to a stall after today so I will be going 2.5kg per session from here on out.

My form with a new belt has completely unravelled. I’m not sure if I should keep adding weight with my squats looking like this all of a sudden
Form check on second and third squat sets.
The last workout is going to be my last workout on phase 1. Getting help with low bar form regarding hyperextension is proving difficult and the cons are outweighing the pros of doing the SS style LBBS. Rather than spending weeks posting to the forum and waiting for some feedback I am going to hop on another forum and run a basic 5x5 or something.
