I usually don't train after I get off work in the morning because I feel a little run down, but I had to train today because I won't be able to train tomorrow. So I was not at my best today and I came home this morning to a toddler that had a stomach ache from eating way too much candy last night. Given these circumstances, today's workout went pretty well. I will get that bench press sorted out next time.

I'm curious if you're still within your weights from your competitive log days, or if NLP has you in new (and strong as an ox) territory.
Hi Hooper, I ran my first NLP in 2016 at the age of 29 and made tremendous progress. I ended up with: Squat 495x5x3, Press 210x5x3, Deadlift 555x5, Bench 290x5x3 at 5' 8" and 230 lbs. I competed in 2 strength lifting meets at WFAC in 2017. My best lifts were: Squat 600, Press 237, Deadlift 660. Although I have not yet reached my old PRs, I can say that this is the strongest that I have ever been at this light of a bodyweight.
