    I am swapping in close grip bench for bench. My shoulders prefer close grip bench. I am going to run a LP with it. I am going to do chins on the next heavy squat/CG bench workout. I ran out of gas during power cleans. I only completed 3 of 5 sets.

    Do you have a bodyweight you’re aiming for? Super strong (but you know that) and a sweet setup for training to boot. Appreciate the footage to go along with the training days.
