    sorry to hear about your ongoing hammy issues. my right one has been tight and cranky for 40 years, I try and sit how we used to call "indian style" in the politically incorrect days of our youth, that seems to help stretch it a little. I can "pop" it all the time. hope yours heals soon, and you're right, just take it slow.
