    Working with Nick Delgadillo as my remote coach a few years back, this was his suggestion to try and keep my pelvis as level as possible and prevent my low back from continually tweaking/having issues. Just haven't gotten around to the shim on the shoe yet.

    Heís a great coach. Also a great guy. Remote coaching is weird, but a good experience. Worth doing at some point in peopleís life if they never have an in-person coach.

    Iíve returned to performing my deadlifts with a controlled eccentric to the ground, keeping tension and my valsalva, pausing for a second, then going on to the next rep. I like the feel of this better and think my back does slightly better than releasing from the top.

    Got this session in later in the evening. Busy day with business-related stuff. Things felt heavy, but got it done. I need to weigh myself because I don’t think I’ve been eating enough and figure that might have to do with the way it felt last night.

    Things still feeling good. Need to get the belt back on for deads as they're getting to the point I'd like to have it on for my confidence, overall feeling good, though.
