Getting a little bit of a lean/canter to my left due to the left shoulder. You can see the difference in placement (I can't feel it when squatting) that then makes its way to an uneven left/right loading. I'm going to play around with this in the next few sessions and keep getting some front/rear videos to ensure. Only a couple weeks to the Seminar and I'm excited about it!

deads looked nice and flat back.

Good to see you've got a little more room in the garage for the moment; I was wondering how you were going to explain to the medics in the emergency room when you showed up with that white car's hood ornament up your butt like it looked like you were getting close to a couple videos ago lol

Just a made a really long post about all of the things I learned this past weekend in Wichita Falls for the Seminar…and promptly lost all of it as I was trying to upload videos. So that’s neat. If you want to know all the things I learned and the feedback and whatnot I received…well I guess you’ll tell me and I can write it up again later. For the moment, though, just uploading my training will have to suffice.

Nick D will be doing my remote coaching as of Session #38.

    Starting Strength Seminar Lifting

    Day 1:
    Squat - 345x5x3
    Deadlift - 405x5
    Bench - 235x5

    Day 2:
PClean - 3x90kg (technically I did 2 at 100kg but as the demo for hips low vs hips high. That was pretty cool.)
    Press - 5x145

Lots of awesome take aways from this seminar. I loved the way it was facilitated, coached, and organized to help develop your abilities as a lifter and also as a coach. I did not opt in for the SSC this time, but I would like to continue my progressions, continue to train others, and go back at some point in the future.

    Welp, here we are again.

Life happens and sometimes you hit the "restart". And that's where we are!

Currently 4 sessions into the comeback.

    Session 01 - 10/10/23
    BW - 185
Cals - ~3500...this will be a large area of improvement for me.

    Squat 145x5x3
    Press 75x5x3
    Deadlift 205x5

    Session 02 - 10/12/23
    BW - 185
    Cals - ~4000

    Squat 165x5x3
    Bench 135x5x3
    Deadlift 225x5

    Session 03 - 10/14/23
    BW - 190
    Cals - ~2800

    Squat 185x5x3
    Press 85x5x3
    Deadlift 245x5

    Session 04 - 10/16/23
    BW - 190
    Cals - ~3500

    Squat 195x5x3
    Bench 145x5x3
    Deadlift 265x5

Once more unto the breach. Similar to last time I will stick with every other day for the first few weeks then bump back to the Tues/Thurs/Sat schedule (likely after this week's training MWF).
