    Not my first attempt at LP, been a bit of a program hopper over the years.
    Coming off a herniated disk which took a month to heal.

    Squat 100x5,5,5
    Press 55x5,5,5
    Dead 100x5

    Press starting to slow, will reduce to 2.5kg increments.
    Belt is 4 inch which is pinching me at the bottom of the squat no matter how I adjust it.
    I've a dominion 3 inch on the way.

    Bench 80x5,5,5
    Dead 120x5

    Bench starting to slow, will go up by 2.5kg increments.
    Jumped 20kg on the deadlift and they went fast, but will go up by 5kg from now on.

    Busy week, back didn't feel too good after squats so did chins.
