    She's back from Texas, yay! Reassigned to HHC (headquarters company) and they've got interesting ideas about group PT. Wednesdays are going to be EZ Mode, but we're still talking through how to execute additional lifts during the week.

    Angela's keeping up, give or take, since returning; getting 2 or 3 sessions a week, but I only see her on average 1/wk now because our military schedules don't align. Today with me she did:
