Notes: Nagging shoulder thing going on. Squat and bench aggravate it. Been ignoring it hoping it wasn’t there.

Thanks rk - something to consider. In the past I think the extra work kept my presses moving when I was stalling and microloading. Not at that point so there may be no need and the shoulder might benefit.
Pretty sure it’s residual damage from taking a rolling dive on the driveway in November. Shoulder was sore for weeks.
About to lay off a week for travel; see how it feels when I start back up.
