Press is getting less awkward. Adding weight was the answer: A lot of his physics problems work themselves out when he can no longer maintain an unnecessary moment arm in lockout.
My buddy Mike wants to lift.
His goals are general strength and health, and hopefully a reduction in chronic back pain.

Lots of technique work to do. On everything. Dude's a little awkward, and a little inflexible. He's not incapable, though. Once he finally reaches the bottom position of the squat, he pistons right up. Once he gets set for deadlift, he drives it up easily so far.
Bench, need to work on his elbow-tracking and general tightness. Press, need to work on ... everything. Especially top lock position. He sends it forward.

Might be missing a session? I'm on the road working phone-only so I can't check all my data.

Missed two sessions for travel; repeated previous session.

Army stuff keeps making Mike miss sessions. But thankfully he's far enough down in his strength curve that he can nail new weights.

Missed some logs, and then I think I accidentally deleted a post?
