Session #14 - 4/8/22
SQUAT: 235 x 3x5
PRESS: 122.5 x 3x5 (video of 3rd set)
DEADLIFT: 235 x 1x5 - Figured out days later that I forgot to load 260 on the bar
Press started off with 125 (5lb jump) but was a grind of 4th and 5th of first set so I switched to 122.5 for remaining 2 sets, and will do 2.5lb jumps from now on. Still have a strange feeling in my right shoulder.
