    Session #13 - 4/6/22
    SQUAT: 230 x 3x5
    BENCH: 175 x 3x5
    DEADLIFT: 245 x 1x5

    Overall felt pretty good. Bench feeling heavy. Right shoulder still has soreness, or fatigue, not sure how to describe it.

    Back is feeling much better - thanks to Pete's and Rip's feedback on the deadlift. Also helps that I brought home my standing desk from my office (haven't been there in 2 years), so I don't need to sit all day.

    Session #14 - 4/8/22
    SQUAT: 235 x 3x5
    PRESS: 122.5 x 3x5 (video of 3rd set)
    DEADLIFT: 235 x 1x5 - Figured out days later that I forgot to load 260 on the bar

    Press started off with 125 (5lb jump) but was a grind of 4th and 5th of first set so I switched to 122.5 for remaining 2 sets, and will do 2.5lb jumps from now on. Still have a strange feeling in my right shoulder.

    Session #15 - 4/11/22
    SQUAT: 240 x 3x5
    BENCH: 180 x 3x5
    DEADLIFT: 260 x 1x5

    Bench was slowing down a little. Will try 5lb jump again next time and see what happens.

    Got the correct weight on the bar for the deadlift this time. Definitely had more in the tank. May try a 10lb jump on Wed and/or Fri.

    Wasn't able to deadlift. Umbilical hernia I have been lifting with acting up made it impossible. Scheduled a surgical consult for Monday.

    Thanks. Had to change appointment to next week. Hoping this wont drag on too long. Just want it repaired so I can get back to training properly.

    I'm back after laparoscopic umbilical hernia repair surgery with mesh (July 2022). BW up to about 220 due to a poor diet over last few months).

    I'm also dealing with a case of dermatographia, which started (along with hives) 10 days after surgery. Hives are long gone thanks to steroids, and the dermatographia is now only a fraction as bad it was when it started. I now only take an antihistamine on training days. The bar resting on my back causes significant irritation, which usually lasts a few hours (or days without the meds).

    Lifts when I stopped in April 2022:
    SQUAT: 245 x 3x5
    PRESS: 125 x 3x5
    BENCH: 180 x 3x5
    DEADLIFT: 260 x 1x5
