Just realized that I finally passed 11-year old PRs in all major lifts!

Also loving my new strength co plates

Outstanding news, jeremy! Keep at it!

Concur on the Strength Co plates. Absolutely outstanding, all around. I have been abusing mine for over 2 years now and they still look great.

    Thanks for the support, Bill!

BTW, started out with some 75lb power cleans - form wasn't as bad as I remembered. Seems I'm getting more coordinated as I get older lol!

The semi-frustrating thing about those is that the form won't be bad until it gets heavy. But keep practicing them. Another way to get more reps in during the week is to use them as your light warmups before your deadlift.

    Keep at it!

Well, I hadn't thought of that, but makes sense! I just remember learning them years ago (with light weights) and being awful at it. Anyhow, looking forward to getting better and stronger

    Session #41 - 1/13/23
    SQUAT: Warmups only - 45x5, 45x5, 110x5, 175x3, 240x2
    BENCH: 207.5 x 3x5 (PR)

Couldn't squat past the last warmup today because the elbow/arm pain was getting to be too much. I only have a few workouts left before I go away for 10 days so I may just do the other main lifts that I can until I can get facetime with a local SSC.

    Session #42 - 1/16/23
    PRESS: 145 x 3x5 (PR)
    DEADLIFT: 345 x 1x5 (PR) (Form Check)

Breaking from squats until I can meet with Inna in 2 weeks (after a week-long vacation).
