    Form really breaking down on the last few squats, and didn't want to risk injury pushing through. Will be difficult to advance past this level while I'm working on losing weight but I'm ok with that. Dropped my light day to 75% of heavy days and felt more appropriate.

    Not feeling this program while trying to get lean via diet. May need more sleep and rest days. Will see soon.
