First true workout since returning from vacation last night. Lots of eating, drinking and little sleep. Did a decent amount of walking and got in a yoga class and a light lifting session across all lifts with light barbells at the hotel gym. Taking a 10% deload across all lifts to build back up over next six weeks before I head out of town for a work trip in February. New program will be upper / lower split 3x/week with chins added in.

Getting back into the swing of things. Cleaning up the diet to get the waist back in control. Need to go to bed earlier to improve the sleep numbers. Curious to see how next week's deadlifts turn out now that I'm alternating with chins.
