Well, the forum did not come up with an idea.
I found the problem by trial and errors testing different hands positions.
The problem was that my hands were too far off the bar.
I need to have the bar in the palms of my hands.
That's it.
I've squatted 185kg for 3×3 and it was… easy.
Heading for 190kg next monday, let's see what happens.
Also, I'm starting an intermediate programming since the bright days of
the LP are long gone.
