    Context
    The wound is still not healed, so I've just squatted @ 160kg high bar which was pretty easy.
    I might up the load to 165kg.
    I will clearly loose a few weeks of progress on the squat but I cannot find a better compromise.

    Finally : Squats 3x3 @ 180kg

    IPB, Jovan or anyone with a sharp coach like eye, do you see any flaw in these ?
    Are they "Textbook squats" ?
    BTW, IPB made a decisive comment which made everything fall in line, thanks.

    Well, the forum did not come up with an idea.
    I found the problem by trial and errors testing different hands positions.
    The problem was that my hands were too far off the bar.
    I need to have the bar in the palms of my hands.
    That's it.
    I've squatted 185kg for 3×3 and it was… easy.
    Heading for 190kg next monday, let's see what happens.
    Also, I'm starting an intermediate programming since the bright days of
    the LP are long gone.
