    Came in today specifically to work on DL technique. Hit a new PR of 349.3lbs and hams felt great. Very encouraging.

    Bench: 200lbs - 5r x 5s
    Deadlift: - did on Friday the 15th

    Squat: 155lbs - 5r x 2s
    Press: 110lbs - 5r x 3s
    Chins - assisted with Orange and Blue Corefx bands - 3 reps.

    Apr 21 2022 - Intensity Day

    Squat - Heavy Singles: 275lbs - 5 singles
    Bench - Heavy Singles: 240lbs - 5 singles
    Power Clean - 65lbs 3r x 5s

    Anyone following this log will note my Powercleans have not changed since I started them. That is due to form. There is no point adding weight on the bar until I have the form down and right now it's pretty bad. Great exercise though, look forward to when I can get some weight on the bar.

    Struggled with DL big time today, leg seems to be doing well so may need to increase the frequency of the exercise each week.
