Came in today specifically to work on DL technique. Hit a new PR of 349.3lbs and hams felt great. Very encouraging.

Apr 19 2022 - Recovery Day

Chins - assisted with Orange and Blue Corefx bands - 3 reps.

Anyone following this log will note my Powercleans have not changed since I started them. That is due to form. There is no point adding weight on the bar until I have the form down and right now it's pretty bad. Great exercise though, look forward to when I can get some weight on the bar.

Struggled with DL big time today, leg seems to be doing well so may need to increase the frequency of the exercise each week.
