Power Cleans: 90lbs - 3r x 5s
Today is the last intensity day of the month. Both squat and dl went well for the month. Gained 29lbs on the squat and 16lbs on the dl. Bench only saw a 5lbs increase and overhead press actually went backwards!
So, not happy with way bench or press have gone, and as I have aspirations of competing next year, the press is going to have to go which will allow me time to focus on the bench.

I could switch the Power Clean for DL on volume day, but fact is, after I am done with the squat and bench, I'm done!
Yep, that's exactly why I moved DL's to the Recovery/Light day. No need to spend the rest of the week completely trashed.
