    Morning Weight of 176.6 (+7.1), note I'm wasn't a rank novice so I'm not going to bloat up 10-15 lb ie. this is 7 lb. of permanent tissue.
    The deadlift is approaching more of a limit set, I watched an adult video to psych myself up.
    I'm going to study p.p.s.t. as a reward for hitting my lifts.

    I woke up early having gotten a call from a friend late at night, so I'm going to go sleep earlier today to catch up on sleep, having slept 6.5 hours rather than the usual 10 and having only eaten 3300 calories because the day was hectic. I will do better.

    I was a day late for this workout because I decided to haul lumber at my Uncle's place, and combined with a night of poor sleep, I wasn't in shape to do it yesterday. After a long night of sleep 12+ hours my sleep schedule (having ignored 3 calls late at night and some vivid dreams about the past I don't remember now) shifted forwards to a 4 am wakeup time.
    I did this workout first thing in the morning when I was fasted and just drinking no sugar juice and jamming to rap or listening to an adult video for my hardest set the final set of deadlifts.
    My goal for the next two days is to eat enough to gain weight. I will need to go up in bodyweight to get a 2 plate bench.

    Yesterday I was stacking and burning wood for my Uncle again, although this time I was able to sleep and slept for 13 hours, after having a 12 oz. ribeye steak, fries, bread, a salad, and a diet coke at my sister's college graduation party (her also having no plans after graduation).

    Today I worked out before I ate and was trying to cut water weight afterwards for a weight loss competition I signed up for awhile back (I gave up a few hours into the water cut since the slim prize money is not as important to me as five lb. on my deadlift). I had to tighten my swim trunks before going in the hot tub meaning I recomped despite my diagnosis of hypothyroidism and my "libido" is up despite being prescribed antipsychotics at the beginning of a three month dose, that lower testosterone and increase prolactin. This really weird thing happened where I'm getting new hair on my head people having chalked it up to showering an extra couple times a week.

    I got three days before my next workout (WFS) so at least I'm doing dumb stuff when I have added recovery). I'll make sure to hydrate and eat enough during the rest of the day. I'll look into how to gain weight.
