    I have started the LP 18 weeks ago but I didn't do it right. Now I want to start putting it on the board so when I flop everyone can see it.

    Male, 21, bit less than 5'5", BW 80.5kg/177.5lbs in the morning of June 1st 2022.

    Week 18 May 23rd-29th 2022

    Squat 125kgx5x3 127.5kgx5x3 130kgx5x3
    B/P/B 80kgx5x3 53kgx5x3 81.25kgx5x3
    Ch/DL/Ch 9,8,6 162.5kgx5 10,8,6

    Right knee, right wrist pain after 2nd workout of the week. Wrist pain (lateral side): while lowering 5th rep of the press, the bar went too forward and fell down. I caught it in a reverse curl and bam, power clean had to wait. Knee pain (back side): don't know the cause but it doesn't hinder going up in weight. I hope.

    Reset weight in the squat and went up from 120kg. Week 15-17 was horrible with progress after failing in the squat at 142,5kgx4+fail in 1 top set + 2 back-offs fashion (back angle vertical, bodyweight gain stalled). I want to get that weight with 3 sets across and much more. Now I'm working on my form and eat more and more. Rip said for general purposes I should be around 190.

    Squat 135kgx5x3 felt super heavy and slow, will add 5lbs anyways
    Bench 82,5kgx5x3 failed 5th rep of 2nd set, reattempted the whole set
    Chin 13,7,5 old PR with new BW 4.5kg more, finally can perform a set with Rip's chin up breathing rhythm

    Squat 137,5kgx5x2, 3rd set spotters touched from 3rd rep to 5th rep, need to reattempt the weight
    Press 55kgx5,5,4+fail,1 not tight enough at the bottom, need longer rest time
    DL 165x3+fail back unlocked, knocked the bar forward after squeezing the chest
