Session ?

After a routine start to the week that included 5PRs in SQT, BNC, and DLT, I had Eric take some "motivational" singles to close the week. I'll probably do this again in about 2 months to keep him interested. His energy level went down progressively but still hit PRs in everything.

SQT up to 240x1 (40lb PR)
BNC up to 132.5x1 (12.5lb PR)
DLT up to 285x1 (10lb PR)

Total SBD increase: 62.5lbs since 1 August
