Squat 315x5x3 Still looking good. My grandma came into from Colorado this week and she's gonna be here until Monday, between that and a lady I've started to fancy my stomach's been a little tied up. I was a little anxious about these but it was fine.
Bench 197.5x4 Kept me ass on the damn pad this time though. 187.5x5x2
Powerclean 130x3x5 These are going well. I'm getting much better at the commitment.
Chins 5,5,5 I shouldn't have laid off these. This is a more productive assistance exercise than CGB. Until I've got sets of 15 this will be my primary assistance work.
I've been doing the practice outlined in this article for a little over a month now: Train the Mind for Increased Strength | Tommy Suggs I believe that it is very beneficial if you can spare the 20 minutes in the morning.

Weight: 210. That's better. I like 2 pounds a week.

Press 127.5 x 5,4,3,3 Not much to say. My pressing motions are relatively weak given my profile. Just gonna keep grinding it.
Powerclean 132.5x3x5 These are so much better. They are really starting to click.
I believe I'm getting close to a H-L-M split on my squat and deadlift. I'm interested in adding snatches and that would provide a good setup for that. I'm going to keep going with A/B on my presses.

Front Squat 205x3x5 These might be bothering my knee. I'm gonna keep training them until it's a real problem though.
Bench 197.5x5, 187.5x5x2 Felt strong today. I knew the bench would go after the second rep.

Chins 7,4,4 Elbow is kinda shot ATM. I've been flirting with climbing and it flares up when I start pushing the envelope.

Squat 292.5x1x2. Man. I didn't have shit today. I called it after my last warmup. I think 2 heavy 3x5's a week is too much now. I'm gonna look at H-L-M.
Press 130x4,2(Technique failure),3,3,2,1 Pretty brutal today. I'm hoping the weekend does me good.

10/23/22 Sunday (I know, unusual)
Squat 325x5x3 Goddamn. These did Not feel good. I had a much harder time keeping my knees out than I have lately, and ol gimpy is aching as a result. 3rd set of 325 10/23 - YouTube
Decided to do this because It'll leave just bench and clean for tomorrow and I figured 6 days since last true squat would be enough time.
