Front squat 215x3x5 These are good. I feel a real stretch in my forearms. I'm only able to keep my index and middle fingers firmly on the bar
Press 132.5x5,4,3,3 Felt good today wore the belt so damn tight I could hardly get it off. The first set was brutal, I let the bar get forward on the third rep. First set OP 10/26/22 - YouTube
Deadlift 375x5 Felt good. I'm concerned that I'm limiting my grip strength with the straps, But I am unwilling to slow down my progress to fix this imbalance. I can easily hook my final warm up so It's probably not that bad. Deadlift 10/26/22 - YouTube
I've decided to go to 1/2 gallon of milk a day and keep my other food intake the same. I'm gaining weight faster than I'd like and I'm far from lean. I'm shooting for 220 but if things continue to sail smoothly I'll gladly go to 230+ if it helps me put weight on the bar, but I'd like to get there slower than I am now. I figure I can get damn strong, then work on composition.

Bench 202.5x5,192.5x5x2 These were good. very strong today. Fifth rep of 202 was pretty grindy though.
Power clean 140x3x5 Looking good, arm pull is nonexistent

Thank you sir, it's always nice to have another set of eyes! I managed to gain the amount of weight I was trying to this week as well which was exciting

Front squat 225x3x5 These are good. I wonder how many more 10lb jumps I can pull off.
Bench 205x4,195x5x2 I was thinking that laying off the press on Monday would leave me in a better spot to get this. I was wrong.

I didn't eat enough for breakfast, and I got kinda trashed last night which really didn't help my bench. Hoping it'll go up smoothly on monday.

Squat 340x5. Set it on the pins first rep of set two. Big pussy move. I realized during my presses that I was hungry, maybe if I had eaten more for breakfast it would have been fine.
Press 135x3,2 (I ate a hearty meal),2,3,3,2 The food made a big difference. 10 minutes after I ate the bar felt lighter in my hand. I have got to eat in the AM, it's just really hard for me to for some reason
Power clean 142.5x3x5 Touch and go, they feel so good when I don't arm pull.

Squat 340x5, 315x5x2 This was good, felt like living afterward which is cool.
Bench 205x5, 195x5x2 I knew this would go after my last warmup, felt strong today.

Powerclean 145x3x5 Waited until after dinner to do these. Sometimes i dont get my elbows up hard enough and I end up with a painful rack.

Squat 272.5x5x2 It's amazing how light this feels now. I remember when this was a HARD weight.
Press 137.5x4,3,2,1 (ate food, took a ten minute rest) 3,2 This are brutal, I'm having to lay back more than I should
Deadlift 385x4 Failed rep 5. Deadlift 11/09 Missed - YouTube I don't know why. Posted in the technique forum about it. I got to looking in my log, and I haven't missed a scheduled training day in more than 5 months. I believe I'm going to take friday off as a "Vacation".

I took Friday off and climbed for a few hours. Turns out, climbing does not produce a fraction of the stress that lifting does for me. I had to fight the urge to lift all day because I told myself I would take the day off. I caved this morning lol

Squat 345x5, 320x5x2 Didn't feel great, second set was the worst. Lost my air halfway out of the hole on rep 5. I did these last. Really shaking stuff up. This is gonna throw my programming all off this coming week, but I really needed the physical release lifting provides (getting NO bitches and all that lol) and I couldn't wait any longer.
Bench 207.5x5x3 Who needs backoffs? I felt really strong, so I just did all 3 sets at work weight.. Cool I guess..
Powerclean 147.5x3x5 When I rack correctly these feel blissful. When I don't, my fucking elbow lets me know.
