Game changer. The weight isn't super heavy yet, but today I tried doing my DLs first and I was stoked to find my form was much more solid and strong. I even felt like I could've been pulling 20 or so pounds more. Some hiccups continuing with nailing all 5 reps in the press, but I felt solid doing my light squats at the end. I was more warmed up for them than usual and they weren't the struggle I was anticipating. thanks again Bill.
