Had a good day, also met with the trainer to work on Cleans, so that was interesting! Definitely would have messed myself up if I had tried to figure these out just from videos.

Decided to increase my deadlift by the normal amount this time because I had a little footwork issue last time and it's starting to feel pretty heavy, so probably time to stop doing the fast advancement.

Didn't want to over-do things, so had my 30 minutes of Clean training in place of my deadlift today. A lot different from the other lifts in terms of coordinating motion!

    Clean: 45-85

    Thanks man! Enjoying it!

Hurting unit tonight, had clean training and shoved my hips too far back during the catch, so ended up folding up and falling for the first time in a decade. Upside, was able to do the move with pretty clean form four times afterward. Back aching a bit, so I'll see how I feel in the morning!

It's definitely taking a minute to put together! I keep forgetting to do parts of it, since we're practicing with a light enough weight that I can get away with just pulling it if I forget a step (which I pretty much immediately know I'm doing and kick myself for!).
