Deadlift: just warm up sets
Started developing a cold Saturday, and I was extremely tired Saturday night. Sunday I decided to do my workout despite not feeling well and definitely felt off with a lack of energy, especially during the squat work set. I finished my warm up sets for deadlift, but couldn't get the work set started.

Decided to caffeinate myself for this workout, although I probably overdid it considering I actively avoid caffeine most of the time. I had difficulty getting started with the deadlift, but I was fine once I got going. It did take a while to get going. I think I'll need to start doing rack-pulls every second week instead of deads. I'll have to look into how much extra weight for the rack-pull I should use. Later in the day after the workout I got a killer headache with some nausea. I suspect it was too much caffeine.

Failed on the last bench rep. Reset the bar, waited a minute and finished the last rep. The rest were fine.
