Thanks for the compliment. The squat has always been one of the better lifts for me even if I don't get bent over enough for the SS model. I'm really just recovering lost ground as I was squatting over 400 back in May/June before a layoff and some minor injuries set me back. Hoping to get back to 4 plates soon and then keep pushing for 5.

Been dealing with a difficult to diagnose shoulder injury that gets aggravated by most of the main lifts. Possible sternoclavicular sprain but I think there's more to it. Tried a week off and symptoms were reduced but then it started acting up with bench warm-ups. Will try pressing later this week.

Press felt OK. Mild discomfort that did not get worse. A little asymmetrical (injured side higher) on video review.
