    Shoulder has been injured for 5 weeks now. Can't do a proper deadlift. In the meantime, I bought a Spud Inc. deadlift harness to get some type of pulling in. Just testing it out today trying to learn how to use it. Will work up to a reasonably heavy set soon.

    Second rep on the press was ugly. Pushed it forward. Then I found the groove and has some cleaner reps. The harness deadlift is interesting. Can't find any instructions and the videos I can find everyone seems to do something different. With the straps in close I can still approximate a normal deadlift. Felt pretty easy for 405.
