Harness Deadlift 135x5, 225x5, 315x5
Shoulder has been injured for 5 weeks now. Can't do a proper deadlift. In the meantime, I bought a Spud Inc. deadlift harness to get some type of pulling in. Just testing it out today trying to learn how to use it. Will work up to a reasonably heavy set soon.
