    Training has been going pretty well, I think. I've been working on staying more controlled on squats but then the knee slide still comes out on the heavy sets. Press feels good for triples. Probably getting carried away with upper body volume, but I think I'm recovering OK. Deadlift is heavier than ever and still climbing 5 pounds a week.
