damn dude. i dont know how you can do 405x5x4 and then 4 days later hit 405x5x3 again. you are strong
It's a grind, really. Bordering on overreaching. Resting at least 8-10 minutes and still grinding the last reps on squats. Fatigue from heavy squat day had me failing presses and deadlifts last week. I hit those singles because it was all I could muster. Somethings gotta give.
I've changed my topset to a triple and adjusted the light day from 80% down to 70%. Think I'll drop the intensity on my heavy day backoff sets and medium day sets from 90% down to 85% over time. Maybe lose one set on heavy day next week and see if that helps.
