Failed the fifth rep on squats. Think I'll switch the topset to a triple and see how far I can run it out. I have a vacation coming up soon and will likely reset the weight and change to 4 day split after that.
Started transitioning bench and press over to the so called compressed Texas method last week. Bench has been stuck due to AC joint pain. May switch bench intensity day to triples as well since I can usually get through the first 3 reps before the pain starts. Volume day feels pretty good and pain free.
