Squat 225x5x3 - I'm now focusing on my knees. I've been noticing a little knee slide. I used a foam roller in place of a TUBOW to get my knees set.
Seated Press 117.5x3, 4, 4, 3, 2 - First fail on press this run. I was pretty worn out from squats, hence the first set of 3 followed by sets of 4.
Deadlift 270x5 - these moved fine.
I'm very much aware of my back now that I know I'm dealing with spodylolsis. I'll be making some programming changes going forward. I'll start with the light squat session next week on my Tuesday workouts. In place of powercleans I'll do a light squat variation, likely snatch grip deadlifts.
