Squat 240x5x3 - Squats are high again. They felt high on my first set so I filmed 2 and 3. 2 was definitely high, 3 was borderline. I'll probably do paused squats on my light day.
Bench Press 185x5x3 - I'm almost back to where I was before my elbow rehab. The bar moved very well. Very happy.
Deadlift 255x5 - I'm very happy deadlifting in flats. I can't believe it has taken so long to try this.

Next week I will start my annual vacation back to the US. It will be about a month long. I hope to get some training in. I'll be organizing it as a 4 day split which should let me get at least my heavy sets done and hopefully a light set in a reasonable amount of time. I'm setting it up this week to iron out any bugs.
