Everything moved well. Progress is slow, but inching forward. My weight is stuck at 168 pounds. I'm really going to need to push myself to get more solid food down.

I was pretty sore from my last squat session, but felt fine once I was fully warmed up. Squats and deads felt good. Seated presses were a little wobbly toward the end. My weight has passed 170, finally.

Body weight is up to 172 pounds, +34 from my lowest point. This is about where my weight was when I first did the NLP.
Squat 185x5x3. No soreness this time. Everything felt fine.
Bench press 165x5x3. I need to watch my elbows. They are flaring out a little bit. This has caused me shoulder problems in the past, but usually at much higher weights.
Deadlift 245x5. Starting next week, I'll switch to deadlifts every other workout, alternating with chins.

Deadlifts were a real grind. I felt pretty gassed today, despite an extra rest day. 4 day split is coming soon.

I'm moving to light squats once per week, and deadlifting once per week. I'll see how much longer I can go until moving to intermediate programming.

I missed a day due to a stomach bug. It cost me some weight too. My back is still very tight from deadlifting. At this point my deadlift is 75 pounds ahead of my squat. I've been taking 10 pound jumps, but will probably move these 5 pounds. I may also put in a light deadlift day (likely snatch grip) either in place of, or in addition to, chins.

Light squat (90%) 185x5x3 - This is my mid-week workout, so it's light squats.
Bench press 180x5x3 - This was pretty tough, so I'll be moving to 2.5 pound jumps on upper body lifts.
Deadlift 280x5 - only a 5 pound jump. It was tough, but felt better than 275.

I've moved to 2.5 pound jumps on the Press. The final reps on each set were pretty tough.
