SS NLP week 17 day 2
Done in person with my SSC, so no vids. Definitely worthwhile doing it in-person vs online. He caught some things for each lift that weren't very apparent from the videos.
Squats 255x3x3
Felt great, no issues.
Bench press 175x3, 2 (fail), 135x10 (AMRAP)
Was supposed to do 175x3x5. No idea why I bombed so badly, but he had me drop back down and do an AMRAP set with 135.
Deadlift 255x5x2

Felt good. I'll try to keep going beltless for the lighter squats as long as I can.

Overall, feeling great. Doing lighter squats and deadlifts has DEFINITELY helped with my overall fatigue.

I guess at this point I'm not really doing the NLP anymore, but I sure don't consider myself an intermediate yet.
