Due to scabs on the back still healing, I’m not doing squats. Also I’m avoiding power cleans to allow my left shin to heal.
Barbell rows: 165lbsx8x3
Standing calf raises: 310lbsx8x3
Chest press machine: 150lbx8x1, 170lbx8x2
Bench press: 175lbx5x3 (worked a lot on form)

Working back up to my previous number has been a roller coaster! Anyways, here’s what I managed today:
SQ: 290lbx3x5 (no belt and no elbow pain)
OHP: 140lbx5, then did 3,2,3,2 because of fatigue and bad bouncing of the bar
Deadlift: 330lbx1x5 (with straps and it felt very heavy)
I also weigh 5lb less than in February
