    Sq 220 (PR for reps)
    Bench 134
    Lat Pulls 110

I'm finally back to the squat weight I was at when my "pop" happened. Glad to report that all reps went up today with little fanfare and didn't really feel that heavy if I'm honest. I'm sure that'll change very soon. Bench sucks but keeps going up. Lats are a welcome respite from heavy (for me) deadlifts.

I will say that recovery is getting easier. I really don't hurt after workouts and my sleep has stabilized. It's good to be in a groove and I'll ride the wave until the next dumb thing happens.

I feel like I've fallen out of a tree at the moment after the deadlift. I'm sure I'll be fine by tomorrow, maybe I'll go take a walk around the block before the cold arrives.

My left knee was a little sore during the last squat set but not bad.

I'm going to quit typing "Press [Bench] felt really heavy" but the press felt really heavy.

Felt good today. Every work set felt better than the one before it. Took about four hours between squat and the other two lifts. No knee or back pain today.

Cold today but ok. Almost missed the last press rep. Messed up my weight calc on the press and accidentally did the same weight as last press workout. Oh well, it was damn heavy for me at 95. Can't say 97 would have gone up.

Good day today. Last bench rep was a beast. I may need to extend my rest for bench and OHP by a minute or two.
