    Rough day, barely had appetite for a few days (don't know if was because of stress or some kind of stomach bug) and I wasn't able to do what I ought to do. Coach gave me a good pep talk, reminding me to look at the big picture. It's hard to stay objective when it's your own progression and training. I also struggled with a bit of shoulder pain that has mostly been dealt with using some adjustments in my squat and bench grip. Around this time he also told me I'd be moving onto a HLM setup which I am excited for!
    Squat 3x5x102.5kg (~226lbs)
    * Bench 3x5x73kg (~161lbs)
    Practiced the power cleans with just the bar
    * = Missed a rep in set one and set three

    01/23/2024
    Squat 3x5x90kg (~198lbs)
    Bench 3x5x73kg (~161lbs)
    Deadlift 1x5x137.5kg (~303lbs)

    Yep, four weeks (28 days) is the cutoff for editing a post. Switching your username to your real name doesn't change that.

    Perhaps adding a link to whichever post that you want to compare your stats to would make it more easily accessible over time, e.g., your first post (although you've already overwritten those stats with ones that are one month newer). Either that or copy/paste those stats over your newer ones.

    Keep at it!

    I was actually looking for some info on this. Good to know, and good suggestion! Thanks, Bill!
