    20 years of Barbell/Crossfit/Running

    Started back of basic NLP. Added power cleans and chin ups in January. Deloaded 1 time each on squat and deadlifts. Most lifts are at 2.5 pound increase per session. Appx 2700 calories per day- low carbohydrate- mainly meat diet.

    Switched to advanced novice programming today.

    Squat - 3x5@350#
    Bench- 3x5x@233.5#
    Back Ext- 3x8@45
    Chin Up 3x10@25#

    Still grinding at 2.5# jumps. Last set of squat was struggle.

    Failed last rep on 1st and last set. Will do 155 again next press session

    The light squat day with advanced novice programming helped immensely.
    Felt Great on all squat sets.

    3x5@352.5 Squat
    3x5@235 Bench
    3x8 @45 Back Extension
    3x10@30 Chin Ups

    Captains of crush/farmers carries for grip focus at end.

    Press 3x5/4/3 @ 155 (3 missed reps added to end)
    Power Clean 5x3 @205

    Thinking of a deload or drop sets on next press session. 2nd Session stuck grinding at 155.

    Back Extension3x8@45lbs
    Chin Up 3x10@30lbs

    Use of drop sets and lower chin up weight due to recovery from head cold this weekend. Didnt want to push recovery limits. Still PRed on squat and bench..
