    Hi guys

new to this forum but have been a long-time lurker, and I'm following the novice linear progression from SS.

Can anyone offer me any criticism on my squat form?

    This is a vid of 100kg x 5

Not sure whether I'm lacking hip drive or getting decent depth. Any advice would be appreciated...

    Cheers

That was actually very nice. From what I could see, I didn't see anything wrong, plenty of depth, good hip drive. Unless there's something weird that's not visible from that viewpoint.

Excellent looking squats. I'm impressed that you are training outside in the cold, too. The only very minor suggestion is to continue to keep your neck in line for the whole squat. You have a tendency to look up on the last third of the ascent. At that point, looking up is unlikely to significantly affect your hip drive, but it is a good practice to keep the spine as neutrally aligned as possible. Other than that very nit picky point, you have it dialed in.

Cheers for all the feedback guys much appreciated.

@TomC - I see what you mean, I'll try to keep a neutral spine for the whole rep. It's pretty damn cold here in the U.K at the minute - squatting in the snow is about the dumbest thing I've tried so far. Not recommended

    Thanks again.
