I made a strong & lengthy attempt to fix my powerclean problems yesterday (17 Jan). I made a long 8 mile bike ride into the rough outskirts of town where I knew there was a gym open on sunday which had bumper & technique plates.
I was really annoyed however when my phone battery died during warm up set!

I figured out that my racking problems were mainly caused by having a too wide grip on the bar. So I can now get elbows higher.
I focused hard in jumping when the bar was very high on hips. This greatly reduced power, increasingly difficulty. But helped to reduce forward jump.
I did about 8x5 with 40kg for the work sets and felt I made significant progress fixing my major problems. Unfortunately there is no video.
