    Agreed, I believe these are helping immensely, as mentioned above, I currently practice these stretches multiple times daily.

    Some very minor observations:

    - carpet is not good for weight lifting, it gives you an unstable platform.
    - loose you watch, you don't need it while squatting.

    Thank you. I am currently looking to change my platform to the particle board/rubber combination as described on pg. 305 and removing the area rug.

    you seem to have some nice wheels in that room, and I'm not talking about the weights.
    Heh, yeah, that's the other American-made "iron" in the garage that I play with.

    What Tiburon said. Follow the instructions in SS for finding your starting weight and post a video of that. My squats with an empty bar don't feel or look right either.
