Agreed, I believe these are helping immensely, as mentioned above, I currently practice these stretches multiple times daily.
Thank you. I am currently looking to change my platform to the particle board/rubber combination as described on pg. 305 and removing the area rug.Some very minor observations:
- carpet is not good for weight lifting, it gives you an unstable platform.
- loose you watch, you don't need it while squatting.
