    Squat depth is pretty easy to judge, especially with a video when you can pause at the bottom of the squat. Someone who has never been in a gym before could do it once the depth rule is explained to them. You simply look at 2 points and see if one is lower than the other.

    Therefore, criticizing someone who points out high squats by bringing up their numbers is a red herring. The issue isn't how much that person can lift, the issue is whether the subject of the video is performing a full squat or not.

    That said, the 1st 2 videos posted looked a little high. The 3rd video posted looked like barely full depth. The 4th video looked a little high to me also. However, all the videos were taken at bad angles to check depth.
