    It wasn't as bad as some above made it sound. Set up for the PC the same exact way you do your DL. Really focus on keeping your ass high, maybe 6 inches higher than you are starting right now. Watch your video in slow motion and notice how high your ass raises and how much your knees extend before the bar even moves. Now that should be your start position. I know every cool OL'r in history has started with a low ass, we aren't them so we should do it more efficiently. Reread the DL set up section and focus on each component of your set up. The most painful part of your PC should be your set up as you squeeze the shit out of every single spinal erector.
