I know how much you guys love watching squat checks so here's another one

Stalled at 110kg so i deloaded back to 100kg and today was back at 110kg and got a good 3x5. Just wanted to see if it was ok. Anything i need to work on.

    Thanks guys.

what do you think that could be better

not to be an ass but it also important to learn from what you do and critique yourself.

Well personally i think i still got some of that back buttward motion going as i'm coming back up. Other than that i'll probably need some pointers on other things.

They look pretty good to me. And your critique seems accurate. Nice work.

Back angle momentarily decreased on the last two reps, but nothing too bad, and you regained it quickly.

Can you find a bigger piece of plywood for that squat rack? It looks a bit unstable, like you're squatting (and cleaning and deadlifiting) on a surfboard. The squats themselves look fine to me.

I agree with this, other than that they look pretty good.

Pretty damn good. I like your depth. I've noticed that I've been going too deep.

Yeah thanks guys. I find my back angle tends to be a lot more horizontal than most of the people i see squat. Don't know whether i'm doing something wrong or if it was just my individual arthropometry.

And fnet i'd like to have something bigger but that's the best i can do. I might shop around like at bunnings (hardware and stuff shop here in aus) or something and try and find something larger, but right now i'll just have to make do with the wooden boards from my old shelf

I understand. Those of us who train at home make do with what we've got.
