I haven't been doing squats for about a month and a half because of an LCL injury and I just started squatting recently. It's been a while since i've squatted and like others, my form is kind of... off.

Here are some things I notice so far:
    - Too high.
    - Kinda looks like I'm doing a good morning when I'm getting out of the hole.
-Upper back seems to be rounding?

Your squat looks ok, you need more practice. You are doing low bar which is great. Make sure to do this,
    -Squeeze chest up really hard
-Take a big breath of air
-Need to go deeper, im not 100% sure about your depths on this because of the camera angle.
Everything must remain tight throughout the whole rep.

I agree that depth is a little lacking. I can't tell from the video if the bar is in the right place. It looks to me like the back angle you end up with may be appropriate, but there is a change in back angle too late in the movement. It could be that you're trying to stay too upright at the beginning, or you just need to think about keeping your upper back tighter. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and lift your elbows.
