I would advise you to get stretchy shorts though.
Hi all,
I've been a fellow lurker and SS follower for a couple months now. I had been struggling with squat form and was supposed to reset (so I guess I'm NDTP) and work on form last workout but focusing on cues seemed to help at least make the weight feel ok again.
I'd appreciate any advice/critique on my form. I realize the video frame is cut out my head and feet. Hopefully there is enough there.
(And yes, those are loafers I'm wearing. They're hard soled and a only a stand-in until I buy real shoes.)

Thanks. Funny enough during one of those sets I was distracted by the loud popping of some of the threads in my short's seam. I'm going to wear puffy sweatpants until I find a stretchy pair of shorts.
