Thanks for all the awesome advice guys. I'll try it all
- the grip clarification
- trying to get more explosive at the bottom
- tightening up the abs before back (i used to do the same thing of tightening the back first and tightening the abs would be the last thing i did before pressing the bar up, so i'll give your epiphany a spin and see if it works wonders )
- jamming that thing into my face without actually hitting it

I'll see how the session next week goes with these new changes still minus the belt, and if i find myself still struggling then i'll try it with the belt and see how that goes. Stay in tune for updates
